We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.<\/p>

In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>

To make a return, you can contact us via the contact page<\/a>. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.<\/p>

Automatic return policy<\/h3>

If a parcel returns to our warehouse, we will automatically send it back to the customer at no extra cost. This covers the usual cases where the parcel has not been collected or an address problem has arisen, usually on the customer's side. We solve this problem for you at no extra charge.<\/p>

In the event of a problem with the item received, you can of course return it for a refund, in accordance with our returns policy.<\/p>
