We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs

If you live in these regions, you can benefit from national shipping for your returns. We will provide you with the specific addresses of our return warehouses when you request a return.

A 10€ shipping fee will be charged for the return of items.

Automatic return policy

If a parcel returns to our warehouse, we will automatically send it back to the customer at no extra cost. This covers the usual cases where the parcel has not been collected or an address problem has arisen, usually on the customer's side. We solve this problem for you at no extra charge.

In the event of a problem with the item received, you can of course return it for a refund, in accordance with our returns policy.

Exchanges

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method.
Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. (Between 5 and 15 working days)

Non-returnable items

For the hygiene and safety of our customers, certain items are considered non-returnable.
These include, but are not limited to, the following items: Spoons, filters, and other products in contact with food.

Any item that has been opened, washed, damaged, broken or modified in any way.
